As of 01/02/19, the Missing Persons Call Center will no longer be operational. If you want to make a missing person report for someone who lived in the Town of Paradise, please contact Paradise Police Dispatch at (530) 872-6241. If you want to make a missing person report for someone who lived in the unincorporated area of Butte County such as Magalia or Concow, please call the Butte County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch at (530) 538-7321.

If you have a firearm that was destroyed in the fire, you can take the gun to a local firearms dealer to have the weapon destroyed. The DOJ form that needs to be filled out is here
