The mission of the Butte County Public Health Department (BCPHD) is to protect the public through promoting individual, community, and environmental health.

Environmental Health has set fees for the following programs: Body Art, Food, Swimming Pools & Spas, Public Water Systems, Solid Waste, CUPA, Private Water Wells and Wastewater.
