Exotic Animal Permits Article V. Wild or Exotic Animals

Butte County Code Sections 4-30-states no person shall own, possess, keep, have, maintain or harbor any wild or exotic animal without first applying to and receiving from the public health director or authorized designee a permit to do so.

 

Wild or exotic animals are defined in section 4-37 of the code.
