Butte County's Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program provides low to no interest loans to help low and moderate income eligible homeowners fix and repair their homes in order to have a safe and healthy place to live. Eligible low and moderate income homeowners earn 80% or less than the median Butte County income. The program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Home Investments Partnership (HOME) programs .
