Share your VOICE, shape your Community - LGBTQI+ Health Survey

Butte County's Department of Public Health and Department of Behavioral Health are seeking feedback via the LGBTQI+ Health Needs and Assessment Survey. The survey, which is the first of its kind in Northern California, invites anyone that is 16+ years old and identifies in the LGBTQI+ community to share their voice.  This survey is 100 percent anonymous will be used to help shape and improve services in Butte County for all LGBTQI+ individuals.
