Active Projects, Request for Proposals (RFPs), & Request for Quotations / Qualifications (RFQs)
The Butte County Department of Public Works is now soliciting new construction projects, RFPs, and RFQs through a partnership with The Public Group, using their program called Public Purchase.
Public Purchase is a free service to both the County and the end user. In order to obtain plans through this service, you must first register with Public Purchase, then register with “County of Butte - Public Works”. If you are already registered with Public Purchase, you will still need to register with the County of Butte - Public Works. Read on for more details.

Signing up for Public Purchase not only allows you to view and bid on active projects but also allows you to elect what project types you want to be notified of automatically. You can also select to be notified of all Butte County Public Works projects when they are posted. Register to Bid on Public Works with the Department of Industrial Relations
Are you registered to bid Public Works with the Department of Industrial Relations? If not, you will no longer be allowed to be listed on a bid if you are not registered. Get registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
