Utility permits are a specialized form of encroachment permit. It is required of utility companies when work is performed in the County right-of-way. Three easy steps to complete the process.

Important Notice: The permit fee for Utility Encroachment permits will be increasing to $122.00 and inspection fees will be increasing to $122.00 per hour as of January 1, 2024.

  2. Complete, scan, and then upload the application on the LiquidFiles upload site.
  3. Pay fees by credit card on our online payments page.
