Stay Informed
- A parcel that is less than 5 acres, and a cultivation area of up to 6 plants must be indoors
- A parcel greater than 5 acres, a cultivation area of up to 6 plants indoors or outdoors, but not both
- Butte County Chapter 34C allows a person 21 years of age or older to cultivate up to six cannabis plants
- Not more than six plants may be planted, cultivated, harvested, dried, or processed within a single private residence, or upon the grounds of a private residence, at any one time
