Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program

Butte County's Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program provides low to no interest loans to help Low and Moderate Income (PDF) eligible homeowners fix and repair their homes in order to have a safe and healthy place to live. Eligible low and moderate income homeowners earn 80% or less than the median Butte County income. The program is funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Home Investments Partnership (HOME) programs.
