County Service Areas
County Service Area (CSA) formation is a lengthy process with multiple steps and involves coordination with LAFCO and the Butte County Board of Supervisors. Because the process is individualized to the needs of each special district, we ask that you call our office to schedule an informational meeting and plan the next steps.
