Some Butte County residents have the opportunity to become first-time homeowners as Habitat for Humanity prepares to build new houses on the Paradise Ridge. “Supporting lower-income households in achieving homeownership is incredibly important for affordability and stability,” said Erin Murray, Housing and Homeless Program Manager at the Butte County Department of Employment and Social Services.
