The Teens Learn and Create Scholarship program designed for teens to create and implement MakerSpace programs, in the library, using their social and emotional skills.  Teens will also be learning valuable job skills, such as accountability, time management, customer service and more. This program is open to all Butte County teens in high school, ages 14-19, and will require a 12-week commitment.

Applications for Cohort 3 close 9/15/2023. Pick up a paper application from any of our branches or you can fill it out online.  For more information, call us at 530-552-5652. This program will take place at the Chico Branch Library. Up to five students will be selected.
