Meet our Internship Alumni
“My history with Butte County Behavioral Health started in August of 2006 when I was placed in the Paradise Adult Outpatient Program through California State University, Chico’s BSW program. Because of that experience, I decided to remain with Butte County Behavioral Health into my MSW internship with Chico Adult Services, Full Service Partnership team (back then it was known as ROOF- Rehabilitation of our Friends). My internship opportunities with the county provided me the foundation for understanding county mental health services and gaining the opportunity to develop a passion for this work! Now as one of the Assistant Directors of Clinical Services, I am thankful for my start as an intern!!”
