The Butte County Sheriff's Office is seeking Juan Marcos Lucas for a warrant charging him with
three counts of vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence with bodily injury.
He is 5'8" tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is 43 years old.

The Chico Police Department is seeking information on Kelvin David Fitial for a warrant charging him with
violation of probation and first degree residential burglary.
He is 6'3" tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is 27 years old.

The Paradise Police Department is looking for Richard Leon Jones for a warrant charging him with
burglary and failing to appear.
