BCSO RESPONDS TO REPORT OF INJURED MAN IN ROADWAY
Oroville, Ca—On Friday, July 8th at 11:46am, Butte County Sheriff’s Office received a 9-1-1 call from a citizen reporting there was an injured man lying in the intersection of St. Ives Way and Camelot Lane in Oroville, Ca. Deputies responded to the scene and located Danny Davidson, age 54, from Oroville. Life-saving efforts were performed on Davidson while deputies were on scene; however, Davidson was pronounced deceased at 12:48pm.
BCSO Investigations Unit responded to the scene and is currently conducting an investigation into this incident. An autopsy will be conducted this week. Additional information will be released as it becomes available. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the BCSO Investigations Unit at 538-7671.
