Communicable Disease Emergency Response (CDER)
The CDER division integrates the Emergency Response, Communicable Disease, HIV/AIDS and Immunization Programs in order to provide an integrated strategy for preventing and responding to disease outbreaks, disasters, and other incidents, whether man-made or natural.
