The Administrative Services Staff provides support services to all divisions within the Public Health Department.

- Budget preparation and accounting
- Coordination of contract preparation and monitoring
- Data collection and computer services
- Dog license information
- Facilities management
- Insure the delivery of basic medical and dental services to low-income residents of Butte County
- Issuance of burial permits and certified copies
- Maintenance of mortality and morbidity data
- Personnel, payroll, workload reviews, organizational issues
- Preparation of cost reports and patient billing
- Purchasing and payment of services and supplies
- Registration of all births and deaths within the County
- Representing the County on the County Medical Services Program
