Public Health

The mission of the Butte County Public Health Department (BCPHD) is to protect the public through promoting individual, community, and environmental health.

Public Health Land Development
Environmental Health works very closely with the other Land Development Departments of the County (Public Works, Planning, Building, Fire) during the review and permitting processes associated with major land divisions such as subdivisions, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, etc. to ensure that the project meets minimum requirements. Additionally, Environmental Health provides reviews and clearances for all applicable building permits.

Access the ETrakit website.
