The Planning Division is responsible for developing plans for review and consideration by the Board of Supervisors, and for the physical development of Butte County. The Planning Division also administers the policies and implements the programs for plans adopted by the Board of Supervisors.
The Planning Division is also responsible for support of the Planning Commission, Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) and the Land Conservation Act Committee (LCA).Mitigated Negative Declarations
