• 2008-01-29 Board of Supervisors Appeal Hearing on the M&T Ranch Aggregate Extraction Project and EIR information UPDATE:  On January 29, 2008, the Butte County Board of Supervisors voted 3-2 to deny the M&T Mining project by upholding the Planning Commission appeal.  The Board deliberated on the matter for a couple of hours before rendering its decision.
