The Butte County Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Service Authority was established pursuant to California State Vehicle Code section 22710, in order to assure citizens that the activities involved in the removal of abandoned vehicles are conducted in a manner most consistent with the good of the general public.
The Board of Directors of the Butte County Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Service Authority is composed of representatives from each of the membership cities, towns and a County Representative. The AVA Board holds regular public meetings twice a year in the Spring and Fall. Please check below for meetings agendas/minutes.
