INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)

FOR BUILDING INSPECTIONS

 

The Butte County Department of Development Services will begin using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for building inspection requests effective May 14, 2008.

 

The phone number for the IVR is (530)538-4365. The existing phone numbers used for requesting inspection will be disconnected on May 30, 2008. 

 

Using the IVR you will be able to:

 

  • Schedule, Reschedule or Cancel Inspections
  • Leave Messages for the Inspector
  • Request a Call-Back Notification of Inspection Results
  • Check Inspection Status
  • Check Code Enforcement Status for existing complaints
