Steven Inman - CM028147 - NO BAIL Warrant issued 9/2/10.  Inman was convicted of writing bad checks on 1/28/09. He was sentenced to formal probation for 3 years and was ordered to pay restitution to the victims. He has failed to make those payments, or to follow other terms of his probation.  His probation was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Inman's last known address was Modesto, CA, however, he is known to have connections in Chico and Riverbank, CA.  Total restitution owed is $2445.57.

Rachelle Vincent - SCR58022 - $2K warrant issued 12/21/06.   This was the second incident of non-sufficient funds checks received by the Bad Check Unit.  A criminal case was filed against Vincent on  11/3/06.  She failed to appear at her arraignment and a $2K bench warrant was issued 12/21/06.  Last Butte County address was Gridley, has contacts in Hawaii and Whittier.
