Directions:

- From South of Oroville: Travel north on Highway 70 into Oroville. Take the Nelson & Grand Avenues exit (third Oroville exit). From the four-way stop intersection, at the end of the off-ramp, continue straight (north) on the frontage road that parallels Highway 70. At the next stop sign, turn right (east) onto Nelson Avenue. Turn left (north) at County Center Drive (the next street). Continue to the top of the hill, 25 County Center is on the left side of the drive.

- From North of Oroville: Travel south on Highway 99 from Chico area to Highway 149 (about eleven miles). Turn left (east) on Highway 149 and drive east until Highway 149 intersects with Highway 70, then turn right and travel south to Oroville. Take the Nelson Avenue exit (first Oroville exit). At the end of the off-ramp, turn left (east) on to Nelson Avenue. Turn left (north) at County Center Drive (the next street). Continue to the top of the hill, 25 County Center is on the left side of the drive.

- Parking: Free parking is available on all sides of the building and two parking lots are also available. Access for Disabled: Wheelchair access ramps and handicap parking are located at the south entrance to the main administration building.
