David Parks/BIFS in Rice

Summer water depth management includes utilizing varying depths of water for weed control. Ongoing research by the BIFS in Rice project investigates the effects of varying water depths on different samples of watergrass. This experiment was conducted using a plexiglass "staircase" that simulated varying water depths. There were eight populations tested at the six water levels. Data is available by clicking here.
