Age Range: Ages 18 and over
Adult Outpatient Centers provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals requiring mental health or dual diagnosis treatment. The outpatient treatment team consists of trained professionals including psychiatrists, licensed therapists, psychiatric technicians, counselors, and support staff. Focus areas include mental health and substance abuse assessment, psychiatric assessment and evaluation for medication, medication monitoring, limited individual counseling, group counseling, bilingual counseling services, interpreter services, benefits services, and community services referral.

Support, Engagement, Advocacy, Recovery, Community & Housing (SEARCH)
Age Range: Ages 18 and over
Support, Engagement, Advocacy, Recovery, Consumer Housing (SEARCH) provides intensive services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to a severe and persistent mental illness. In addition to receiving mental health services, individuals are linked to the Housing Authority of Butte County, Department of Rehabilitation (DOR), Veterans Services, Legal Aid, Social Security Administration, and other needed community services. Utilizing the Recovery Model philosophy, mental health services include psychiatric support, case management, medication management, employment services and referral, educational support, housing support, representative payee assistance, benefits counseling as well as medical and legal services referral. Services are tailored to meet each individual’s recovery needs.

Iversen Wellness and Recovery Center
Age Range: Ages 18 and over
The Iversen Wellness and Recovery Center was created to serve those with mental illness and provide the opportunity for individuals to develop the skills needed to pursue wellness goals. Services offered include a variety of groups geared toward helping individuals with day-to-day issues, as well as other issues related to their illness and its unique challenges. The Iversen Center offers support through group meetings and socialization free from stigma.
Activities include arts and crafts, informative guest speakers, special community outings, computer training, Internet access, e-mail service, peer support groups and much more! There is also assistance related to housing and job placement.
The Iversen Wellness and Recovery Center provides various activities and levels of participation to the community including weekly groups, writing articles for the newsletter, attending business meetings to help organize and plan activities, participating in community outings, assisting with fund-raising, finding support from others with similar life issues and becoming a peer coordinator.
In coordination with North Valley Catholic Social Services there is a talk line, staffed by trained consumers to provide non-crisis assistance to consumers needing support. This talk line is staffed 4:30-9:30pm, 7 days a week.

California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWorks)
Age Range: Ages 18 and over
The California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWorks), in partnership with Butte County Department of Employment and Social Services (DESS), provides individuals and families with counseling and treatment services for mental health or substance abuse issues that would hinder their ability to enter the workforce.
