Spectrum 3-D and Digital Media Lab for Teens

The Spectrum 3-D printing and digital media lab is now open for teens ages 12-17 at the Chico Branch LibraryThis service is free to all teens, and anyone interested should call the Chico Branch Library at 530.891.2726 to sign up for a time slot.

Spectrum 3-D Printing: Download object plans, or design your own, and have them “printed” into 3 dimensional objects. Some early projects include a cell phone case, a Butte County logo, and mini minion from the blockbuster movie. 3-D printing is available by appointment on Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 PM (Advanced Level Workshop) and Saturdays from 3:00-5:00 PM (Basic Level Workshop). Digital Media Lab: Software programs are available to teens for creating high quality audio and video content. Bring in your video or picture files and get help editing, or hang out and do it yourself. The lab is available Sunday afternoons by appointment.  Call 530.891.2726 to sign up!
