Operator Identification Numbers and Restricted Material Permits may be obtained through our office during our regular business hours.  Once the information is processed, you may access your information online at with an assigned username and password from our office.  There you may be able to file Notice of Intents and pesticide use reports. 

IMPORTANT! Effective 1.1.2024: All PAC holders must pass new test (Continuing education credits cannot be accepted). In addition, all PAC holders using fumigants to control vertebrate pests will need to pass a second test.
