Secured Property Taxes
Tuesday, December 10th is the deadline to pay the first installment of your secured property taxes. The actual due date was November 1, 2013 but you have until December 10, 2013 to make your payment without penalties. There are several payment options available:
· Pay online by credit card or e-check. Payments will be accepted until midnight on December 10th
· Pay by check or cash in our Oroville office until 5:00 pm on December 10th
· Mail your payment to our office postmarked on or before December 10th
If you did not receive your 2013/14 secured tax bill, please send an e-mail to email@example.com to request a duplicate copy and to verify your mailing address. You can also access your tax bill online through our Tax Bill View & Pay system.

Unsecured Property Taxes
The 2013-2014 unsecured property tax bills were mailed in late July and were due on September 3, 2013. Late fees have since been added to all outstanding tax bills and liens will be recorded in November against property owners whose bills remain unpaid at that time. Just a reminder, if you owned the unsecured property on January 1, 2013, you are responsible for paying the 2013-2014 bill. If you have questions, please call 538-7701 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
