Quotations are requested on all items. This is an “ALL OR NOTHING” quotation. This project is considered a “public project” and all labor expended on this project must be paid at or above “prevailing wage”, in accordance
with the California Labor Code. Exhibit A Rate Sheet must be complete, showing a cost of removal services for column (a). Exhibit C Subcontractor Form is to be submitted with Quote, per section 4100 – 4114 of the Public
Contract Code.
NOTE: This RFQ is intended to solicit Quotations for a low dollar value PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT. The contractual instrument awarded to the successful contractor will be the SMALL PROJECT CONTRACT. Attached to and incorporated in the SMALL PROJECTS CONTRACT will be the SMALL PROJECTS INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (Attachment I), the SCOPE OF WORK (Attachment II), and the TERMS & CONDITIONS (Attachment III).
All quotes must be received by Butte County Public Works Department by October 12, at 3pm. Please read the material in this Request for Quotations (RFQ) thoroughly before submitting your quotation. Retain one copy of your quotation and submit the signed and sealed original copy in person or by mail to: Butte County, Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965.
