NOTE:
This RFQ is intended to solicit Quotations for a low dollar value PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT. The contractual instrument awarded to the successful contractor will be the SMALL PROJECT CONTRACT. Attached to and incorporated in the SMALL PROJECTS CONTRACT will be the SMALL PROJECTS INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (Attachment I), the SCOPE OF WORK (Attachment II), the TERMS & CONDITIONS (Attachment III), and the RATE SHEET (Attachment IV).
All quotes must be received by Butte County Public Works Department by September 27, 2012, at 3pm. Please read the material in this Request for Quotations (RFQ) thoroughly before submitting your quotation. Retain one copy of your quotation and submit the original via fax or email to “cijones@buttecounty.net” or by mail to: Butte County, Public Works Department, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965.
