Contactor shall excavate, grade, form, supply and place finished concrete to construct an Oil Drop-Off Facility
(ODOF) at the City of Biggs Public Works yard. The Contactor shall also supply metal covering structure.
Details, dimensions and specifications are provided a drawing entitled “Oil Drop-Off Facility” or Exhibit A
contained within this document. Contractor shall obtain all permits and inspections as required to construct
ODOF.
