The work to be done consists; in general, of clearing and grubbing, excavating and grading
stockpiled and native volcanic soils and sandstones, placing general fill, trenching, pipe
installation, placing rock slope protection and rip-rap, installation of erosion control materials and
minor concrete within the proposed limits of Storm Water Basin No. 2 and Interceptor Ditch.
Excavated materials will be hauled to a designated spoil area(s) all as shown on the plans and as
described in these special provisions. See Documents below for more details.
Engineer's estimate is $300,100.
Project must be completed by October 14, 2011.
IMPORTANT: Proposals must be made on original documents purchased from the County at 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965.
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works, 7 County Center
Drive, Oroville, California, until 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 22, 2011.
