Overlay of Lower Honcut Road from State Route 70 to Palermo-Honcut Highway:
Description of Project:
The work, located in the County of Butte near the Town of Honcut, involves, in general: Overlay of an existing two-lane rural roadway, including: traffic control; transition grinding; application of 0.17 feet of Type “A” hot mix asphalt concrete, over pavement reinforcing fabric, over 0.10± feet of Type “A” hot mix asphalt concrete leveling course; installation of thermoplastic traffic stripes, thermoplastic pavement markings, and retroreflective pavement markers; and placement of aggregate base shoulder backing, as well as removal and salvaging of existing metal beam guard railing, installation of metal beam guard railing and installation of terminal end treatments (SRT-350).

Copies of the Special Provisions may be purchased for the non-refundable payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00). Bidders requesting mailed copies of the Special Provisions shall be charged an additional seven and one half dollars ($7.50) for shipping and handling.
