Description of Project:
The purpose of this initial study is to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed Monte Vista Avenue Safe Routes to School roject, which proposes curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements along the south side of the existing roadway alignment. Mitigation measures have been rovided to reduce or eliminate any identified significant and/or potentially significant impacts.
