Description of Project:
The purpose of this initial study is to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the proposed project, which would construct bridge, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements along Foothill Boulevard. Mitigation measures have been provided to reduce or eliminate any identified significant and/or potential significant impacts.
