The work to be done consists; in general, preparing the subgrade for the construction of the landfill liner, furnishing and installing the landfill liner components and related items, removing and installing minor drainage components, and screening and placing operations layer soil within the limits of Module 4, Phase E. Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, until 11:00 A.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2012, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for construction in accordance with the project plans and specifications to which special reference is made.
