TAX FORMS & ASSISTANCE
Most California and Federal income tax forms are available at all Butte County Library branch
locations.
In addition, volunteers will be offering free tax assistance either at the library branch or another location in your community as follows:

CARD Center 545 Vallombrosa Ave, Chico
– February 1st through April 7th drop-in Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9:00-12:00
Dorothy Johnson Center 775 E 16th St, Chico - drop-in Saturdays 9am-3pm
Paradise Family Resource Center 6249 Skyway– Jan. 26th through April 17th, Thursdays 2 - 6pm or call 872-3896 for appointment.
Durham
Library

– January 30th through April 14th by appointment only, call 846-3264. Appointments are available 7 days a week.
