The Butte County Vendor Data Base is a record of all the Vendors who want to be contacted for certain commodities or notified of competitive solicitations. It is easy to be added to this important file and it begins by filling out the Vendor Bid List Application.

Butte County uses NIGP Commodity Codes. The Application requests comprehensive contact information. Please provide us with every way we can be in touch with you as communication is the key to an excellent partnership. You will be asked to identify the codes that you are interested in providing. Once you submit your Application, you will be sent a more thorough list in your commodities so that we know exactly for what you are interested in being notified and are not bombarded with irrelevant notifications.
