Butte County invites you to join us, the City of Oroville and the
Feather River Recreation and Parks District this spring in planning
for a greener and cleaner community! The County will be working
with the City and the District to implement an urban greening
planning grant from the California Strategic Growth Council. The
grant will fund a series of community workshops in 2013 and 2014.
to identify locations in and around Oroville where “growing or
flowing” improvements can be made to parks, trails, open spaces,
and public streets. Better street shading, storm water drainage,
water quality, and outdoor recreation will be the result. Come
work with us to improve our community’s quality of life! Watch
