PLANNING -  Whisper Ridge Golf Resort
at Lake Oroville 

2013-05-14 PROJECT APPROVAL UPDATE:

The Whisper Ridge Golf Resort at Lake Oroville project was approved by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on April 23, 2013.  This approval includes a Rezone to Recreation Commercial Overlay, with a Conditional Zoning Agreement; a Conditional Use Permit for the golf course, hotel and wellness center; and two Lot Line Adjustment applications.  Prior to its decision on the project, the Board of Supervisors certified the Final Environmental Impact Report consistent with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. The applicant intends to begin grading activities in the summer of 2013
