August 5, 2008 UPDATED New Era Mine Appeal Hearing with the Butte County Board of Supervisors - Final Action Scheduled - At their meeting of 2008-06-24, the Board made a Motion of Intent (3-2) to find that the '20 cubic yards applies to concentrated material' AND require that New Era sign a Statement of Responsibility, an Indemnification Agreement, pay DDS costs incurred and finalize their Financial Assurance of $267,411.
