IMPORTANT EIR MEETING DATES

•     A 45-day public review and comment period is being conducted on the Draft Environmental Impact
  Report from May 16 to July 2, 2012.

•     A hearing to receive comment on the Draft EIR will be held before the Planning Commission on
  June 14, 2012.

•     A Planning Commission hearing to consider approval of the Use Permit and a recommendation to the
  Board of Supervisors concerning the zoning code amendment is scheduled for July 26, 2012.

•     The Board of Supervisors will consider approval of the zoning code amendment; a hearing before the
  Board of Supervisors is anticipated in August, 2012
