Civil child support matters are heard at the
Butte County Superior Court
The court date and time are stated on the legal documents you received.
BCDCSS staff will be available in the courtroom prior to court to discuss individual cases.
If you have been referred to BCDCSS by the Court, you must appear in our office immediately with all completed paperwork. No appointment is necessary. Please contact us in person.
