Convenient access through Customer Connect will be available through the secured self-service website 24/7. By accessing Customer Connect you will be able to:

Be sure to have your Social Security number (or Participant ID) and personal identification number (PIN) ready if you want to access case-specific information.

Call toll-free 866-901-3212. Our Call Center hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. For speech and hearing impaired customers, services will be available through the TTY number 866-399-4096
When you call the toll-free number, you will reach an automated system designed to answer your child support questions and provide specific case information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You may still question someone if you have an open child support case.

You can be transferred during regular business hours.

If you have a wage assignment payment processed by the State Disbursement Unit, your call can be transferred to a customer service representative during regular business hours.

If you have cases in different counties, ask your agent when those counties will transition to Customer Connect.

Our office is located in the North end of same building in which the Department of Employment and Social Services is located. The entrance to the Child Support Services office is facing Grand Avenue and is the first door on your left as you face the building.
Traveling North on Highway 70: take the Nelson and Grand Ave. offramp. Turn East (right) on Grand Ave. Proceed through the intersection with Table Mountain Blvd. The building will be on your right hand side and is located past the Seven Eleven store.
Traveling South on Highway 70: take the Nelson and Grand Ave. offramp. Head East (under the overpass) and proceed along Nelson Ave to Table Mountain Blvd. Turn South (right) on Table Mountain Blvd and proceed to Grand Ave. Turn East (left) onto Grand Ave. The building will be on your right hand side behind the Seven Eleven store.
Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
