Convenient access through Customer Connect will be available through the secured self-service website 24/7. By accessing Customer Connect you will be able to:

Be sure to have your Social Security number (or Participant ID) and personal identification number (PIN) ready if you want to access case-specific information.

Call toll-free 866-901-3212. Our Call Center hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. For speech and hearing impaired customers, services will be available through the TTY number 866-399-4096
When you call the toll-free number, you will reach an automated system designed to answer your child support questions and provide specific case information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You may still question someone if you have an open child support case.

You can be transferred during regular business hours.

If you have a wage assignment payment processed by the State Disbursement Unit, your call can be transferred to a customer service representative during regular business hours.

If you have cases in different counties, ask your agent when those counties will transition to Customer Connect.

Our office is located at the corner of Robinson and Myers Street in historical downtown Oroville. It is in the City of Paris Building at 1474 Myers Street, approximately 1 ½ miles east of Highway 70. From Highway 70, exit onto Montgomery Street and travel east. Go past the stoplight to the second stop sign. This is Myers Street. Turn right and go two blocks to Robinson. Public parking is available across the street.
Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
