• You may renew eligible library materials over the phone, over Internet, or in person at any branch library. You will need the 14-digit library card number on the back of the card.

• To renew online you will need your card number and a PIN. To get a PIN (Personal Identification Number), ask at the Circulation Desk at any library.  View your account to see what items you have checked out, renew items, see what items are overdue, and see if you have a fine balance. 

• Items may only be renewed once. Once you have borrowed an item and renewed it one time, you must return it to the library.

• Some items may not be renewable, such as items with holds for other library customers, civil service exam books and high demand new books.
